I've been a keen cyclist for many years - and have many scars to prove it. Last year I did the London to Brighton (though started from home which added an extra 25 miles) for the umpteenth time - all for charity. When this came up it was a "no brainer": Not only would I be collecting for the Prince's Trust, I'd also be cycling with my colleagues. The cycle ride is from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle - hopefully going through some lovely countryside.... 

The Prince's Trust helps young people between the ages of 11-30, typically with jobs, education and training.
