Story

Hello All

As you probably know I'm back at The Stroke Association again and am going to give the Belfast marathon another go this year for them! Hoping to knock a bit off my 2009 time and will hopefully raise a bit more cash too.

My longest run in training was 18 miles which I did in 2 hrs 48 while watching man u v cheslea in the gym. Running through Jamie Redknapp's punditry was gruelling.

Raised £350 at a Tesco store collection the other day with help from friends and family as well - any more cash raised greatly appreciated!!

Cheers!

Derm

http://www.stroke.org.uk/

http://www.strokeni.org.uk/
