Hi Everyone,

I am organizing a walk, "Mile in Memory", to raise money for a charity that is close to mine and my families heart, FSID. 

FSID is The Cot Death Charity which as most of you know we lost my brother Malachy too. It is for a great cause. 

If you would like to walk with us, or come along and laugh at me waddling around the loop, you are more than welcome. I will have sponsorship forms and any other information you need. I know money is tight, but every little helps so please, if you see me or any of us, every penny counts!

We will be providing refreshments in the Club Rooms of the Grange club afterwards.
