This is my fourth cycle challenge - and a huge thanks to everyone who has supported me in my previous challenges.
When it gets tough they'll be one thing that keeps me going - to raise money for The Openwork Foundation and support children who are physically, mentally or socially disadvantaged. Thanks to you, last year we were able to help over 13,000 children
I'll be cycling 320km in four days over the very dry hot Arabian desert, from Madaba in the north to Aqaba in the south and we've also added a day trek at Petra.
This is our first multi-event challenge and we've been warned about the extreme temperatures - up to 40C during the day, plummeting to above freezing in the inner desert.
