On May 5th 2019 over 30 of us are abseiling 200 ft from the K2 building in Hull to symbolise that there is always a way down, never to jump. If we can get people talking about their mental health because of our fundraising event then we've already succeeded. 

We are raising money & awareness for the Samaritans because they have helped at least one of our team through a tough time and will continue to do so in their great work.

Every six seconds someone contacts the Samaritan's for help and they try to help someone turn their life around. 

Samaritans will be there for anybody who needs someone to listen to them. They're available round the clock every single day of the year.  Anyone who needs to talk can call Samaritans on 08457 90 90 90 or find the details for their local branch on the Samaritans website.
