On 28 June 2014 Mark, Paul and Andy (Dad) Dewar are going to start cycling from Wembley stadium (London) to St James' Park (Newcastle upon Tyne) and hope to finish the 300 miles in 24 hours and in one piece.

As you can imagine this is a big challenge and will take a lot of training and planning and more than a bit of luck.

We will be paying the costs ourselves for the challenge so all donations will go direct to the Simon Bates Foundation.
