This year I am entering several events to raise money for Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Help for Heroes.

4/6 events completed and survived. Harewood 10K, Leeds Half Marathon, Chester Deva Olympic Triathlon and the Great North Swim...only another triathlon and the Great North Bike ride to go!

 For those who don't know me too well, it also keeps the weight off! (I lost five stone 18 months ago) .
