As you know, I love a cold swim in the great outdoors so I've decided to enter the Greath North Swim this year.  I'll be swimming a mile in Lake Windermere this September to raise money for Henshaws society for blind people.  If you fancy sponsoring me, donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
