As I am not going to East Africa this year and the idea of trekking in the Himalayas nor in Peru does not grab me, so a veterinary group walking on the North Yorkshire Moors (closer to home) seems a better way to raise money for the RCVS Trust and the Friends of the Herriot Museum charities.  Make a donation on line and they send directly to the RCVS charity and please make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation as you are a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate -  it will raise more for charity, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
