Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As many of you know I am just crazy enough to walk on hot coals for a charity that I am passionate about!

I am raising money for the British Deaf Association (BDA). All money raised will support their capmpaign to give Deaf children a higher standard of education, equal to hearing children. Many Deaf children are taught oraly (speech) and do not have access to education using British Sign Language. This is a huge disadvantage for Deaf children and results in a very poor education.

The money I raise will help the BDA to fight for Deaf children to get a bilingual education that uses British Sign Language & English. This will give Deaf children an equal opportunity to learn.

Please donate as much as you can to this worthy cause. JustGiving is safe & easy to use.

If you want to see me walk over hot coals for the British Deaf Association you can attend: The Sumners Pub, 195 Watling Street Road, Fulwood, Preston, Lancashire, PR2 8AB on Sunday 18th March from 5pm - 7pm.
