We are aiming to raise £5,000 for the installation of the new lift, as our current one is not accessible to all wheelchair users and we want to be able to provide the best possible facilities for everyone within the community. The lift will allow us to provide easier access to all people who require the centre’s help and services. 

Disability North is a local charity that provides a free independent living service which promotes social inclusion, independence and choice for disabled and older people throughout the North East of England and Cumbria.
