In March 2010 Carole, Geesje and Eunice, will dog-sled their way through Northern Norway in aid of Battersea Dogs & Cats Home. Battersea Dogs & Cats Home is in much need of funds - they have seen an unprecedented number of dogs and cats in the last six months as a direct result of the recession. For such a great cause we will endure bone chilling sub-zero temperatures of between -5 and -35 degrees, [bearing all to the elements!] sledding up to 60kms a day. Come snow or frostbite; crazy huskies, reindeer meat or porridge overdose, we will return in one piece. Please help this wonderful institution by donating what you can here. Every single pound will be well spent. Just £5 will feed over 10 dogs for one day. Thank you.
