Yesterday on their "day off" some of Dogstar's team in Sri Lanka found a young thin cat wandering around the reception of a hospital crying pitifully for food , they checked around discovered she was a street cat who came in to beg for food and had no carers 

Although they were 70km away from Dogstar's base and had no equipment they arranged an impromptu rescue and brought the young cat back to Dogstar's base in a plastic laundry basket they brought from a supermarket ! 

The now named Tiger lily will stay safe and cared for at Dogstar until they can find her a forever home 

£ 50 will cover Tiger's food for the next month , her wormer , vaccinations and sterilisation
