Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Just because I like to set myself little challenges I have decide to take part in the Life Cycle 5 - 50 Mile bike ride, having never rode that distance before!! I will be aiming to raise as much money as possible for Dementia research. 

Having witnessed this heart breaking disease at first hand when my wife Helen's Gran suffered in her later years, I would like you all to dig deep and donate as much as you possibly can. 

I'm not asking for a lot, bit a little can go a long way.
