On the 7th July 2017, I will be embarking on a grueling ride from Pately Bridge to Scarborough, covering just over 70 miles on a hybrid mountain/road bike, through the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. 

This will be the longest ride I have ever undertaken, and will be a significant challenge for me; whilst I do ride to work each day, that's only a measely 3 miles each way...

Over last month I have started doing longer rides in preparation and have still got a way to go - so far I have managed a 25 and 40 mile ride.

I am raising money for Operation Smile, who help deliver life-changing cleft palate surgery all over the world. Any support you can offer would be greatly appreciated to restore smiles and in the process change lives.
