Hi all

Next month is breast cancer awareness month and I am running 51k over 7 days to raise money and awareness to support the 51 women who get diagnosed with breast cancer in Wales every week!

I will be running the 51k in Lifestyle Fitness First Cardiff and also outside.

I am running 1k for each women diagnosed in Wales in a week!

please help support me in raising money for this fantastic charity Tenovus, Wales' leading cancer charity.

I will also be remembering my grandfather who lost his battle to cancer in 2006.
