I want to help my inspirational niece Fiona Harding with her efforts to raise as much money as possible for Pancreatic Cancer UK in memory of her husband Jim.
Pancreatic cancer continues to have the lowest survival rate of all cancers – just 3% of those diagnosed survive for five years. It is also the only cancer that has seen no improvement in this figure in the UK over the last 40 years.

I'm into cycling and  intend to ride the route of the Bealach Mor sportive.
This 90 mile circuit can be considered one of the best as well as one of the toughest circular cycle routes in the UK. The highlight being the ascent up the Bealach-na-Ba pass through the mountains of the Applecross peninsula which boasts the greatest ascent of any road climb in the UK at 2053ft (626m) from sea level in just 6 miles.
