26 Mile Walk for Ruby Young · 16 May 2015

Donations are paid into Solving Kids' Cancer’s general funds for our charitable activities. We help families affected by neuroblastoma through the provision of support and information; as well as investing in research and advocating for access to better treatment

Story

I am walking a marathon (26 miles) for a very special little lady.

This special little lady is Ruby Young, 2 years old and she has stage 4, high risk neuroblastoma - an aggressive childhood cancer.

After meeting this wonderful little girl, she showed me what a brave and simply gorgeous princess she is. Full of smiles and dressed in her favourite cinderella dress.

At 2 years old, she should be playing all day in the park, chasing butterflies and scooting too fast on her scooter. No child should be in and out of hospital undergoing scans, transfusions, chemotherapy, stem cell treatment and all other types of medical intervention.

Your money could bring the cure for Neuroblastoma to the UK. This is more than a fundraising campaign, this could change the path for Ruby and many more like her. Please don't underestimate your contribution to this hugely successful campaign. Every pound is raising vital funds and awareness.

Please, no matter how little or lot you can spare, please support me on my walk and help Little Ruby xx
