After last years amazing firewalk I've decided to do something bigger and better.  A charity cycle across California, from the amazing Yosemite National Park right across to the Golden Gate Bridge.  Something that can raise money for a great cause and provide me with the extra motivation to get fit at the same time!  Please note that all actual costs will be covered by me so your donation really will go straight to the cause - not on my fantastic (if rather hard work) experience. 

This year the build work starts on the new Kilbryde Hospice.  So far, operating as a drop-in day centre within the Red Deer Centre, and during 2012 expanding out to include a Care @ Home service, the new build will allow a substantial expansion of all the existing services, as well as the introduction of the 12 bedded in-patient unit supporting those with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses.  There really hasnt been a better time for your donation to make a real difference and support the local residents of Lanarkshire.
