Last year I took part in a few charity events in celebration of my 40th birthday and as a personal challenge, the first of which was a 3 hour boxathon.

It was brilliant fun although totally exhausting! Made even more satisfying by knowing we had raised an amazing amount of money for a very worthy charity.

I jumped at the chance of taking part in the event again this year and hope that my lovely family and friends will support me as generously as last year.
