In June 2014 I will be paragliding in Woldingham, Surrey (weather permitting).  I will confirm this date on the day as I won't know until 7am on the day.  I was unable to undertake the event in the 20th May and again later in the month as it was too windy.  

This will be a massive challenge for me but also a great opportunity to raise awareness and funds or Alzheimer's Research UK (ARUK).  ARUK is a charity very close to my heart and I believe the wonderful work they fund will help find treatments and hopefully cures for dementia in the future.  Sadly it is too late for some, and all families and friends can do is stand back and watch the person we once knew fade before them.
