Hello and thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Okay, between now and June 2012 I will be raising money for FSID. I shall be doing this by selling my homemade cakes and jams and by running (no surprise there). I shall be taking part in the Grizzly which is 20+ miles of very hard, hilly and muddy multi-terrain. After qualifying with a good for age place I shall be running the 2012 London Marathon (this time I will be running for the event and leaving my watch at home) and to top it all I shall be running my first (and last) ultrathon, the 32 mile Dartmoor Discovery in June 2012.

Why have I chosen FSID, well very sadly a number of my friends have had babies that have fallen asleep within their first few months of life, others that have been born sleeping and others that have been born to early - I have the ability, strength and determination to train for these events in any weather and to push myself to the absolute limit and whilst doing this I would like to take the opportunity to raise money in memory of all these beautiful babies. I am running in memory of Tabitha, Maria, Emma, Lucy, Kate, Katy, Stephen, Oliver, Iven and Ashleigh, please help me hit my target which, in turn, will help other parents.
