As some of you already know we have a very dear friend, Sarah Crockford (remember Team Crockers?!!) who is still fighting her battle against ovarian cancer. We, her friends, have been helping her to raise money for her cause, Target Ovarian Cancer, by doing some mad activities.

This year for the very first time for either of us we will be abseiling not just once, but twice, yes you read it right, two abseils each, down extremely high buildings.

Our first will be on the 18 May at the National Lift Tower, Northampton and is 418ft. The second, will be on the 8 June at the Broadgate Tower, London and just a little higher for the sake of it, at 541ft (for the film buffs amongst you, the Broadgate Tower made an appearance alongside James Bond in Skyfall! - woo is this a claim to fame?!!)

Please, please, please dig deep down the back of the sofa and raid the kids' piggy banks and get giving.
