My story

Hello All,

Welcome to my JustGiving fundraising page.

On March 31st 2012 I will fly out to South Africa with the Nottingham based charity 'Balls To Poverty'.

I will accompany students from South Nottingham College, visiting some of the poorest townships in the Western Cape. We will distribute football and rugby balls and help young people gain access to sport and sports coaching, helping to reduce crime.

Having funded the trip myself, I am now in the process of raising money for the charity. My target is to raise at least £1000 for 'Balls To Poverty'.

Balls to Poverty is a charity based in South Nottingham College which works with young people both in Nottingham and South Africa. Every year, students travel to South Africa to distribute footballs and rugby balls in townships, experiencing life in a different perspective.
