I am raising money for Mind - the mental health charity - to help raise awareness of mental health issues and to encourage everyone to talk about it.

Mental health is directly related to physical health and over the next 8 months of training, during the actual event, and beyond, I hope to inspire people to consider their own mental (or physical) health.

I have paid my own entry fee for this challenge and can therefore assure you that all donations will go directly to the charity.
