<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Tragically my beloved cousin Dougie Halliday lost his life whilst serving his first tour in Afghanistan on June 23rd 2010. He died along with three of his colleagues Alex Issac, Martyn Horton and Dave Ramsden.</p> <p>I will be walking the Wirral Coastal Walk as a tribute to them and the sacrifice they gave so that you and I and many more can live in freedom.&nbsp;</p> <p>They gave their today's for your tomorrow's!!</p> <p>Dougie and Alex both turn 21 this summer and and I will do everything in my power to celebrate and keep Doug's name alive, we miss him with every breath we take</p> <p> <p class="MsoNormal">This year I will be raising money for the Mercian Regiment Benevolent Chairty. This charity supports our soldiers by providing releif either generally or individually, to serving or retired, past or present members of the regiment and to to their families and dependants. By making grants of money or by paying for items, services or facilities.
