I am taking part in HellRunner in aid of Combat Stress.

In the Falklands conflict 263 troops died. Since then 267 Falkland Veterans have taken their own lives or severely shortened them through Alcohol or Drug abuse due to Combat Stress and PTSD. As you can imagine the broken men and women coming back from Afghanistan and previously Iraq have not only physical but mental scars they need help to overcome.
