I work at Heel and Toe and see everyday the vital work that the therapists perform but more importantly I see first hand how difficult the challenges both the children and families face.

Therefore this year I have decided to push my own body to the absolute limits by completing the following;

- 184 Mile Bike Ride

- Zip Slide off the Baltic

- Great North Run
