My little mate Tom (nearly 4 and obsessed with super heroes and dinosaurs) has Cystic Fibrosis for which there is no cure.

Looking at him you wouldn't know anything was wrong but he is a brave little boy!

He was diagnosed at just 2 weeks old and since then has had to deal with daily rounds of physio, extra food (ok that bits not too bad 😊), medication, frequent blood tests and hospital visits. That's just the norm, if he's poorly it's also nebulisers and IVS.

I'm taking part in the triathlon to raise money for the CF trust which help support people like Tom and his family.  They are working towards improved medication and a better quality of life for those with the disease.
