DownsEd Day - A Sunshine Picnic and Fundraising Day

In aid of Down Syndrome Education International

Following the great success of this event over the past 4 years, all supporters, families and friends are invited to "DownsEd Day"  - A Sunshine Picnic and Fundraising Day.  It will take place at Venthams Farm, Petersfield, Hampshire on Sunday 4th July 2010.

Come and enjoy yourselves in the gardens of Venthams Farm for your picnic and take the opportunity to catch up with all the families and friends you have made through the association of having a child with Down syndrome.

Lots and Lots of Fun and Entertainment for the children

Music - BBQ - Bar - Raffle - Toy stall - Book stall - and much much more..........

This is a perfect occasion for us to support DownsEd and help raise vital funds to support their work.  This event has raised over £8,000 over the past 4 years.  Lets make this the biggest and the most successful picnic so far! Please come and show your support on this fundraising day, and bring along as many friends as you can.  Your loyalty and generous support is greatly appreciated.

We will be praying for good weather, but please be prepared with appropriate clothing.  Wellies and coats if wet.  Suncreams and hats if sunny.  You are welcome to bring your own picnic and picnic rug, however,  there will be lots of opportunity to buy a variety of food and drink (all money going straight to DownsEd).Any rides and activities undertaken by your children during the afternoon are entirely at your own risk.  DownsEd and Venthams Farm cannot accept responsibility for any accidents.
