Breathing Matters aims to raise awareness and find a cure for pulmonary fibrosis and lung infection, supporting UCL Respiratory centre at UCL/UCLH

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Breathing Matters is the fund for the Centre for Respiratory Research, UCL (CRR). This fund is part of UCLH Charity (Reg No 229771).

The CRR is one of the world's leading respiratory research centres working towards the prevention, treatment and cure of Interstitial Lung Diseases such as Pulmonary Fibrosis and other respiratory infections.

This year, I am cycling with Ian Giles and his family, Peter Tenenbaum and my son.  Dr Giles is a rheumatologist at UCL.  We are cycling to help raise funds for our student, Akif, who is working on pulmonary fibrosis caused by rheumatoid arthritis.
