WELCOME to Dragon200, using pedal power to raise money for a new infant incubator at Bristol Bristol Southmead hospital. You can donate on this page or by texting 'bike60' to 70070.

Here's how I got involved: on 11th May 2011, Emma and I had twin boys - Harry Llywellyn and Thomas Rhodri - born 12 weeks prematurely at Bristol Southmead hospital. The care we received at the neonatal intensive care unit was extraordinary, and 14 weeks later, both Harry and Thomas came home.

As a sign of our gratitude, 14 friends and I are cycling over 200 miles from Brecon in mid Wales, to Kensington in central London to raise some money for the intensive care unit. Our target is to raise enough money to buy an an infant incubator, and we're hoping that with our pedal power, and your kind donations, will can reach our target.

If you would be kind enough to donate, you can follow the links below, you can donate by card, or by text.
