I am taking part in Palace to Palace London supported by Saudi Aramco, on 5th October 2014. I'll be cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, all in aid of The Prince's Trust. Through the sponsorship I raise I know that I will be helping The Prince’s Trust support disadvantaged young people in the UK.  This will be a huge undertaking as I thought my cycling days were over.  I have now removed the basket from the bike and oiled the chain ! - We will see. 45 miles sounded fairly easy when first mentioned, but now it might as well be Balmoral. !  So all your support will be welcome.
