Coaching for Life is Arsenal's ground-breaking project, aiming to build children's resilience in some of the toughest circumstances, through the undeniable power of football. 

Working with vulnerable and deprived children in Za'atari refugee camp in Jordan, and the slum communities of Jakarta, Indonesia, we aim to help children overcome difficulties and learn new skills to deal with future adversities through a bespoke football training programme.

I have had the pleasure of spending a lot of time with the children in both countries and have trained over 50 coaches to continue delivering the children more and more children. As well as the life skills learned through the coaching sessions, the children are making new friends and forming relationships with trusted adults. 

The money raised from this challenge will help the Arsenal Foundation and Save the Children continue to do this amazing work.
