My Sight Nottinghamshire (Formerly Nottinghamshire Royal Society for the Blind /NRSB) is a local charity which exists to ensure people living with sight loss across Nottinghamshire have access to the same life opportunities as everyone else.

Story

Welcome to the Drunken Sailors' Crackpot Dragon Boat Racing Team's Just giving Page.

Thank you so much for considering donating to our cause. We are a bunch of guys and girls, with varying levels of fitness (!?) attempting to conquer the river Trent in a traditional Dragon Boat.

The event is a full days competitive racing on Sunday 6th September, with the aim to raise money for the worthy cause of Nottinghamshire Royal Society For the Blind (NRSB). This is a local charity helping vision impaired children and adults succeed in society and realise their true potential.

On the day we will be 19 creatures great and small, fancy dressed to impress, attempting to row in unison to the rythmical beat of our star drummer. We will push ourselves to our limits and expect to get more than a little wet! If you fancy lending support, then come join us!

If you wish to donate, any money is very gratefully recieved.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
