Dubai Marathon and Two Oceans 56k Ultra Marathon · 27 January 2012

SOS Africa invests 100% of all donations in the education & care of disadvantaged South African children with regular feedback to sponsors. Since 2003 the grassroots charity has provided children from the ages of 5-18 with education, care and learning support programmes tailored to their needs.

Ran 9.5k last night, no issues, physio just gave me the all clear to crack on... Bring on the 56km two oceans in April :-) Anyone fancy joining me to run 40km Friday morning?!

Pulled hamstring, haven't trained for 11days. Seeing physio now, hoping for good news. This is going to reduce my target time, it's all about being fit to finish, under 7hours... Fingers crossed

Im told by other sources that my Time is online: 3hrs 59m 43s. Still in pain but absolutely chuffed to get under the 4hr mark. It's not to late to donate!! Next stop cape town for the two oceans 56k ultra marathon. Some serious training to be done, but firstly lunch with my beautiful wifey and the ash man x
