Rachel and Phil are taking part in the Autumn 2013 Rickshaw Run in India.

We'll be driving a 7 horsepower Rickshaw from Shillong in the North East to Jaislamer in the North West. That's 3,500 km through rain forest and desert, on dreadful roads, in terrifying traffic in a glorified lawnmower.

We're raising money for The Sick Kids Friends Foundation, a charity that helps to make the Sick Kids hospital in Edinburgh a wonderful, world class facility.
