Hi there and thank you very much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

When my mate Darren called to say he was entering this great event called the Dallaglio Cycle Slam and cycling up Ireland and across Scotland for charity - it didn't take me long to say yes! Adding some cycling form to our rugby CV's!

The route is from Rosslare to Edinburgh - some 549km in total - in 7 days and we are riding from 5th March 2010.

The event is in aid of raising as much money as possible for some fantastic charities - Sport Relief, Help for Heroes, Leukaemia Research, PRA Benevolent Fund and DebRa) and the Dallaglio foundation (Cancer Research UK).

I am hoping to do my bit and raise as much as I can for these worthy and important causes. I really appreciate every penny you can afford so I can raise as much money to help those less fortunate than ourselves.
