On the 9th of June I will be walking 5km for Multiple Sclerosis Research and Relief Charity. As most of you know I am not a very sporty person but the upcoming London 2012 Olympics has inspired me to take up some kind of sport and this happens to be walking!

The Charity I support is close to my heart as I remember my aunt who was a victim of MS, suffering with the disease for over 20 years and dedicate my walk in memory of her.

This is the first of many walks I hope, and I would appreciate your support in helping me achieve this goal.
