I've decided to run the London Marathon on 25th April, and I'm going to make it especially hard for myself by doing it in fancy dress as an extra challenge. I will be one of three Wombles running for the Jesuit Missions charity, which supports educational projects in Zimbabwe (and South America) - I'm sure we've all been appalled by what we've seen about the country's descent into chaos and near-anarchy, and it's Zimbabwean children who suffer particularly badly. Please give generous for this very valuable charity.
