I'm cycling the 54 miles to Brighton with 25,000 others on Sunday 20th June in aid of the British Heart Foundation.  I know many of you get a lot of these requests and sorry to add to that list,  but the just-giving link is quick and straightforward and anything you can give would be greatly appreciated.
