Story

Following on from the great success of last year's sponsored run for the Royal Brompton Hospital, it is time for the Triathlon Challenge on Thursday 8 September 2011.  Last year, 33 colleagues ran 17 miles and drove 300 miles in a very long day, raising nearly £20,000 for this very worthwhile charity.

We will be looking to complete 8 triathlons in one day, one in each of the contracts in the SE Region. We will be raising money for the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, where of our colleagues, Sammy Eldridge, is currently undergoing treatment for cancer. Again, another fantastic cause and one that we should all be supporting.

Each Triathlon will consist of a 1 mile run, 5km bike (indoor on Keiser bikes) and a 200m (8 length) swim.
