On Sunday 29th July 2018 I will be completing the full tough mudder event in skipton.

For those of you who don't know what tough mudder involves, basically it is a ten mile assault course where I will get covered head to toe in mud and be tested to the peak of my physical fitness.

I would greatly appreciate any donations, I will be raising the money for st Gemma's hospice who provide great care for end of life patients.
