Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

For those you don't know me personally but are kind enough to support me during this leg of the cycle slam.  I played for Gloucester and Wasps and have recently returned from playing for the Classic Lions.

I've joined the cycle ride and am doing the Twickenham to Fishguard leg of the trip which is approx 439km's (via Cardiff)  - we have to do over 110km's per day.

I've now started training and currently doing 25 miles per day - my saddle and I are getting very well acquainted!  As you can work out I have a little way to go yet!  Photos of my training sessions yet to be published.
