So my last cycle epic was a 330 mile slog through Northern Spain. Over 5 days. This one will be a mere 100 miles. But in just one day.

I'm not asking you to suffer the 100 miles, with the saddle sores, shoulder pain and sheer exhaustion that goes with it. I'll do that bit.
