·         In 2002 my housemate Will's Dad was in a car accident that left him paralysed. This prompted Will’s whole family to become heavily involved in the charity which is leading the world in research. Any money raised goes such a long way.  Somehow this progressed into 60 of us agreeing to run a half marathon, although some of us (myself included), had never run for a considerable length of time before.  This has turned into the biggest fundraising event in the north for the charity, so become part of something great and donate!
