<p><span style="font-family: Georgia; color: black; font-size: 11pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">11 of our colleagues here at EA Shaw will be giving up shaving, and growing beards until the 18th November 2011 in an attempt to raise sponsorship money for charity. </span><span style="font-family: Georgia; color: black; font-size: 11pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">All of the sponsorship money raised this October will go to the Alzheimer's Society. </span><span style="font-family: Georgia; color: black; font-size: 11pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN;">Alzheimer’s disease is the most common cause of dementia, affecting around 465,000 people in the UK. The Alzheimer’s society supports people to live well with dementia today and funds research to find a cure for tomorrow.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: Georgia; color: black; font-size: 11pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN;">The Alzheimer’s Society relies solely on voluntary donations to continue their vital work. Just £50 could fund a PhD researcher for one day to continue crucial research into understanding the causes of dementia, how it can be treated and, ultimately, to find a cure.</span></p>
