Our neighbours the London Dance Academy have kindly donated a Discover Pole class on 15th October from 5-6pm to teach you all the basics of spins, choreography and give you a taste of what you can learn in pole dancing. From human flags to superman pole dancing will give you amazing core strength, balance and incredible fitness it's a great way to work off all those SU2C cupcakes!
