This is the second year that E Company, 7 Rifles has had a member of the company run the MK Half marathon with a fridge/freezer on their back, luckily its my turn.

Im doing it to raise money for Care for Casualties, who are the Rifle regiments charity. The amazing work they do for injured rifleman and the help and support of their families.
