It’s been an unforgettable experience, walking amongst some of the most beautiful mountain ranges in the world. I was also fortunate enough to share the experience with 7 other amazing individuals, 4 fantastic leaders and some extraordinary Nepalese people who looked after us so well. </span></p>

Families are now trying to rebuild their lives and in order to regain some sort of normality. </span></div>

<div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: purple; font-family: &amp;amp;amp; font-size: 9pt; mso-fareast-font-family: &amp;amp;amp; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;">As the operation moves out of the relief and into the recovery phase, the Japanese Red Cross is helping to fit out 70,000 temporary homes key domestic items such as rice cookers, microwave and kettles. These items will benefit around 280,000 people in the three hardest hit prefectures of Miyagi, Fukushima and Iwate. The completion of these temporary homes will be a huge step forward for the victims of the disaster. </span></div>
